Currently I am in Eritrea, I have Bachelors in Nursing from Dundee University. I am working as a teacher in Asmara School of Nursing, Eritrea. I need further educationscholarship and work employment . I have no capacity financial capacity to leave from Eritrea. Therefore, I am begging for free visa and financial aid to fulfill my ambition.

    Hi
I don’t think my comment is related to this particular word-list, nevertheless, it is relevant to any of your test.

I am finding that the options corresponding to questions are in identifiable pattern, that is, given a word unknown to me, I can guess answer from choices given. How ? The problem is that options are kind of partitioned, that is, 3 choices are having same connotation and one choice, so left, is having different connotation, thus partitioning the options into two parts and unfortunately, in most of the questions, the partition with single option is the correct answer, so I am not sure if these tests are totally random, as desired. I can guess, and precisely this is something that we don’t want, right ?

    With best regards
    Faraz

Dear Faraz, we deeply appreciate your observation. However GRE is not an exam that has words that are just beyond our comprehension. It certainly has words that we are comfortable with, and if you run through any of the previous GRE questions you will find options that are like the ones you suggested..We provide you a few options from the earlier exams.

    improved, aggrandized, embellished, jeopardized, diminished
    superficial, pervasive, worthless, precious, trivial
    fertile, productive, arid, poorest, largest
    vacant, easier, plentiful, productive, available

We are almost sure that your understanding of vocabulary is on the higher side. But we also request you to consider students who are not comfortable with words like inspire, lethargic, stamina and so on..however we are coming up with very tough GRE questions for students like you. Your participation then will be highly appreciated..
