Dear Students, thanks so much for all your valuable comments. GRE doesn’t guarantee a financial aid. Please do remember that it’s an examination that makes you eligible to pursue a specific course in the USA. However a good score in the GRE coupled with your academic performance will definitely fetch you some financial assistance..

    Regards,

    Anu
I am highly benefitted by these sort of exercises, ONLY IF THE OPTIONS WOULD HAVE BEEN A little LESS SUGGESTIVE.

I mean, there are 4 options, out of which say for TYRO, which means a beginner in a field, the other 3 incorrect options are all given as variants of ‘not a beginner’.

This clearly indicates what’s the correct option.
Hence, I would like to know if the same procedure is followed in GRE?

  14. Team LearnWordlist.com on November 16th, 2009 8:36 am

Yes Esha, an above average student can definitely zero in on a particular option in say 2-3 seconds..could we afford to spend more than a minute per question?? The answer is obvious..still there are many students who do not know meanings of basic words..anyways Esha for students like you we are coming up with some tougher GRE tests in the future.. stay tuned..:)
