    Army : armed forces, soldiers, mass etc
    Progressive : improvement, evolution, growth
    Recession : collapse, depression, slump
    Ornate : elaborate, complex, complicated etc …

    In the section ‘A collection of some tough words’, the meaning of the word 3, rickety is exaclty the opposite.
    Rickety – not strong and steady.

    Dear sir / madam;

    This is mehari.At the outset I would like to appreciate for the extraordinary word list that you are feeding me . Next, I have forwarded you to tell me the meaning of the words below .

    1. Canaille means rabble, something related to people of not noble class
    2. Qui vie means wide awaken , alert , vigilant
    3.Vexillology ; this is a word I have found in analogy of past GRE tests. I guess it has to do with flags of countries , may be the study of flag and their meaning

    In the above list the meanings of the following words are not correctly given by you-
    Item No.10. raspy- It is not ‘unable to breathe’ as given by you. It is harsh or irritable.
    Item No.12- reproachful is not ’sad’ as given by you. It is ’scolding’ or worthy of scolding’
    Item No.41. redolent- it is not ’similar’ as given by you. It is either ‘reminiscent’ or fragrant’.

    Kindly incorporate the correct meanings

    15. ‘ribald’ is given as ‘rude’, it is ‘rudely humorous’ or ‘vulgar’
    16.’rife’ is given as ‘bad’; it is ‘ bad (undesirable) and widespread’
    51. ‘runt’ is given as ’smallest & weakest’ ; it is ’smallest and weakest animal or person’.
